- Transfer with regarding object to internal extensions (systemusers)
Transfer to internal agent will pop to/from party of orignal call as regarding object if matching system user is found
- New setting - recycle phonecalls (default off)
This setting allows phonecalls to be created per call (recycle=off) or to re-use the same phonecall until a close outcome is applied
- New setting - Phonecall Subject
This setting contains the definition of the subject of all new calls, unless the call already has a subject defined (outbound/queue calls etc...)
The default is "DT '<<direction>>' call" where direction is one of:
inbound,
outbound,
clicktocall,
transfer,
callcenter,
queue
Other settings available for subject are:
